Sam has practiced commercial real estate law for more than two decades at law firms, as general counsel at a preeminent real estate developer specializing in adaptive reuse and landmark builds, and as general counsel at a property investment company with $1B in assets. His specialties include mortgage financing, acquisitions, dispositions financing, fund formation, securities compliance and corporate governance. Sam has obtained his Series 3, SIE and 63 securities licenses, is a licensed real estate broker and is highly involved in civic and community organizations.
