You need to have identified a property and know approximately how much cash you’re comfortable putting down before contacting us for financing. Before then, we can discuss in general terms with you how we work but actual financing terms are individual to each property and its borrower. We do not offer one-size-fits-all terms.

We ask for 10 business days to review your information and develop a custom proposal. You can do this concurrently while seeking a French mortgage and then can compare whether a mortgage, an all-cash transaction, or Aix Global is the best option for you.

We are happy to talk to potential clients who have serious intentions about a home purchase and will not charge for that time. In the actual transaction, there is no fee for us but rather it is our investment into your deal that provides our return.

We have preferred agents in France who can help you find a home, as well as relocation consultants, tax accountants and interior decorators, but you are free to work with whomever you choose, whether part of our network or not.
